General Description
Listen to the faint roar of Niagara Falls at this luxurious circa 1891 grand Victorian Classic bed and breakfast. Award-winning Chef Kevin Kilpatrick dressed in his whites will create and serve a delicious and personal breakfast that will delight your senses. Favorites include Bananas & Baileys Crepes, Steak & Eggs, Breakfast Ravioli, Irish Full on Fry and Shrimp Thermidor. The generous size rooms all include a spa inspired ensuite bathroom, fireplace & seating area, HD TV & DVD, movies, air, bathrobe & slippers, endless hot water, bottled water in guest fridge, CD clock radio, romantic music, wireless internet, romantic lighting, exceptionally comfortable beds layered in Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy pillows & down duvets, individual heat, hair dryer, local information, ironing supplies, bath products and even fresh seasonal flowers! Breakfast
Your two course breakfast is created and plated by Executive Chef Kevin Kilpatrick. Offered between 8:00 & 9:30am and consisting of an assortment of fresh fruit, yogurt & baked goods to start. Served with your choice of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices and the local newspaper. The Chef will describe his two daily main features as well as our hardy Irish Full on Fry for you to choose from. You'll be amazed at what breakfast can be! Enjoy your meal in the dining room or be pampered with a wonderful breakfast-in-bed.

Local Attractions
We are located in a quiet neighbourhood near Downtown Niagara Falls. You can hear the faint roar of the falls and see the fireworks from the street. A short walk (a couple of minutes) to restaurants, stores, coffee shops, laundry, post office, banks, pharmacy, liquor & beer stores, parks and library. A short drive from (a couple of minutes) the bus and train staion, international bridges and attractions. A few more minutes and your in the tourism district with the casino's, the falls, wineries, restaurants, golf and attractions.

Directions
From the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) take highway #420 into Niagara Falls. At the first stoplight, turn left onto Stanley Avenue (follow signs to the Downtown). Proceed to the third stoplight, which is Bridge Street and turn right (there is a graveyard on your left). Follow Bridge to Second Avenue (two streets past the first stop light at Fourth Avenue). Turn right on to Second Avenue proceed to the first stop sign (one block) and look right, that is the Kilpatrick Manor (corner of Second & Maple). Park out front to be welcomed and unload. Additional parking is around the side. If you have any problems finding us just call toll free 1-866-97-MANOR and we'll guide you in. Have a safe drive.
