The main floor of Summerset House offers a fantastic chef style fully equipped kitchen with a large island, half bath, laundry facility, a bright family room with a gas fireplace overlooking the patio, a large living room with a 50” HD TV with cable and surround sound and a separate dining room with an original stone gas fireplace.
 
The upper level offers a newly renovated four piece bathroom with luxurious towels and local soaps for your enjoyment. There are three bedrooms all with luxurious linens and bedding. The master bedroom has a king size Tempur-pedic bed, the second bedroom offers a king sized bed, the third bedroom offers a queen size sleigh bed. Each of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and sure to make you feel right at home!
 
The back outdoor space is a very private fenced yard that is backed on to wood land full of birds, hawks, wild turkeys and the occasional deer and offers a hot tub, BBQ and ample seating for your enjoyment.
 
Enjoy breakfast on the sunny front porch or a glass of local wine in the evening. Stroll down to the lake and enjoy one of the best sunsets according to National Geographic Magazine.
